A letter from our Chief Operating Officer
For years, ideas for startups danced in my head, but the comfort of a steady pay check kept them firmly in the realm of "what ifs." Then, a chance encounter with an old friend rekindled that entrepreneurial spark.
Reconnecting with Vinayak, a former colleague and whom I know for the last fifteen years, was a breath of fresh air. He was passionately developing an HR Tech SaaS product on his own, and as he explained its potential, a light bulb went off in my head. This wasn't just another startup idea - it directly addressed a problem I'd faced a few years back.
Knowing countless other managers likely shared my struggle, the idea of helping them navigate this challenge fuelled my excitement. Our initial discussions with Vinayak quickly evolved into a collaborative effort. His initial concept was a strong foundation, and together, we envisioned building something truly transformative.
PPLIO (Impactful Outcomes through people), our brainchild, is more than just software. It's a navigation system designed to empower managers and build thriving, high-performing teams.
